At the time of registration, a player must provide Proof of Age documentation if he or she has not previously been registered with the FGBA or has not provided Proof of Age documentation at the time of registration in a prior year. Acceptable Proof of Age documentation, as set out in the Constitution and By-Laws of the Mississauga Baseball Association, includes:
Provincial birth certificate
Ontario notice of birth registration
Quebec baptismal certification (up to Dec. 31, 1993)
Photo and birth identification cards issued by the Government of Canada to immigrant children
English language or English translation of official birth date certification signed by officials of a foreign country, state or municipality
Ontario driver’s licence
Canadian or foreign passport
