Registration
of a player with the Forest Glen Baseball Association requires that
certain personal information concerning the player be provided,
including Proof_of_Age_Documentation.

Uniform
Sizing
Our
Basic Registration Fee covers most uniform and equipment costs for
players in the 'A' Level Divisions. Players are responsible
for supplying their own baseball gloves and shoes. For all
Divisions at the 'A' Level from Tyke up to Midget, we size uniforms
individually according to the following chart. Please
be sure to enter your player's uniform sizes on the back of your
registration form.
On
the chart shown below, chest measures are the measures of the jerseys
themselves. Players require loosely fitting jerseys to allow
free movement. A player's chest measure can be as much as
5 or 6 inches smaller than the chest measure of the jersey.
Also note that the waistbands for the pants are elasticized and
have drawstrings.

Payment
Options
Unfortunately,
we cannot accommodate the payment of fees by credit card.
If you register at one of our In-Person Registration Events, payment
can only be made in cash, or by money order or personal cheque made
payable to "Forest Glen Baseball Association".
